We are passionate about teaching and our passion means that we look to empower individuals to not just learn, but to apply that learning in their work; creating a tangible impact for the employer, whilst developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the learners.
Our intention is to ensure that the individual learner is empowered to make decisions over their own learning. This includes how they learn and what they learn through identifying, recognising and applying prior knowledge, skills and experience.
The intention is to clearly identify the business needs and through a holistic approach, allow courses to be adapted in delivery to ensure those employer needs are met.
Our implementation is clear, consistent and adaptable. We believe that to simply follow a structured approach of delivery, will not meet the intent or impact that we are so passionate about. Therefore, our implementation of our services is designed to allow self-empowerment and self-management.
We believe that the implementation of learning needs to be fluid whilst the assessment of knowledge, skills and behaviours are holistic in their approach. They also include a number of assessment methods to maximise the evidence and ensure that appropriate levels of learning and application have been achieved.
The impact of our provision is measured against the consistent use of knowledge, skills and behaviours that learners have gained from their teaching sessions with one of our professional trainers/tutors and how these have been applied within their work on a daily basis.
We undertake to regularly review the consistency of these applied knowledge, skills and behaviours by regularly Skill Scanning the learners and through regular programme reviews with the employer and learner. This ensures that a tangible impact is realised for both learner and employer, throughout the course.
